Returns

At Turner Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges.

Returns:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Returns will only be accepted for store credit or exchange.

Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size, style, or product, we will gladly arrange an exchange (subject to availability).

  • Any price differences for exchanged items will be adjusted accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as face masks and clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Process for Returns/Exchanges:
Please contact us at info@turnersupply.us with your order details. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Important:
We do not provide refunds. All accepted returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged for another product.
